摘要

本文总结中药保留灌肠联合耳穴压丸及温灸器灸对肠癌术后肠造口腑气不通证肠梗阻患者的护理体会。对1例71岁直肠癌根治术后、辨证为气血两虚兼腑气不通证的肠梗阻患者，在常规护理基础上实施中药保留灌肠、耳穴压丸及温灸器灸三联中医护理干预，观察患者排便排气、腹胀腹痛、焦虑情绪及中医证候改善情况。结果显示，该干预可缓解患者腹胀腹痛，减轻焦虑情绪，提升生活质量，且安全性良好，适用于老年体虚术后患者，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） retention enema combined with auricular acupoint pressing and warm moxibustion device therapy in the treatment of intestinal obstruction with fu-qi obstruction syndrome in a patient following postoperative enterostomy for colorectal cancer. A 71-year-old patient with intestinal obstruction after radical surgery for rectal cancer， differentiated as qi and blood deficiency with concomitant fu-qi obstruction syndrome according to TCM syndrome differentiation， received triple TCM nursing interventions—including TCM retention enema， auricular acupoint pressing， and warm moxibustion device therapy—on the basis of routine nursing care. The patient's defecation and flatus， abdominal distension and pain， anxiety， and improvement in TCM syndromes were observed. The results demonstrated that this intervention effectively alleviated the patient's abdominal distension and pain， reduced anxiety， enhanced quality of life， and exhibited a favorable safety profile. It is particularly suitable for elderly， physically debilitated postoperative patients and merits broader clinical application.
