摘要

本文总结1例房颤消融术后伴特发性震颤患者根管治疗的护理经验。通过术前对1例73岁房颤消融术后5月余、合并3级特发性震颤的牙髓炎患者进行营养状态、躯体功能及并发症风险评估，制定个体化护理方案，包括组建专业化照护团队、实施特发性震颤多维度控制策略、术中误吞误吸/出血/跌倒等并发症分层防范及术后针对性健康指导，采用“全面风险评估—个体化干预—多维度保障”的护理模式，患者顺利完成根管治疗，无术中并发症发生，术后随访未诉不适。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a 73-year-old patient with pulpitis who had undergone atrial fibrillation ablation more than five months previously and presented with grade 3 essential tremor. Preoperative assessment was conducted to evaluate the patient’s nutritional status， physical function， and risk of complications. An individualized nursing care plan was developed， comprising the establishment of a specialized care team， implementation of a multidimensional strategy for controlling essential tremor， hierarchical prevention of complications such as accidental swallowing or aspiration， bleeding， and falls， and targeted postoperative health guidance. A nursing model encompassing comprehensive risk assessment， individualized intervention， and multidimensional safeguards was adopted. The patient successfully completed root canal treatment without any intraoperative complications， and no discomfort was reported during postoperative follow-up.
