摘要

本文总结1例缺血性中风合并淋证患者的中西医结合护理经验。通过隔物灸、悬空灸及中药热奄包联合常规护理干预，有效改善了患者的尿路感染症状及肢体活动功能，患者病情好转并顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience in treating a patient with ischemic stroke complicated by stranguria using integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Through interventions including moxibustion with interposed substances， suspended moxibustion， herbal hot compress packs， and routine nursing care， the patient's symptoms of urinary tract infection and limb motor function were effectively improved， leading to clinical recovery and successful discharge.
