摘要

总结1例湿热蕴结证慢性便秘合并多病共存患者的护理经验。患者便秘严重，伴焦虑情绪及日常生活功能受限。基于精准评估与辨证施护，实施个体化基础护理、饮食运动指导及排便训练，联合天枢、足三里等穴位按摩干预。经10 d干预后，患者便秘缓解，焦虑情绪消除，生活质量提高，未发生并发症。本个案表明，个体化护理联合穴位按摩可安全有效改善老年慢性便秘症状，契合老年患者生理病理特点，可为临床同类病例护理提供参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 1 case of chronic constipation of damp-heat accumulation syndrome with multiple comorbidities. The patient suffered from severe constipation， accompanied by anxiety and limited daily living function. Based on accurate assessment and syndrome differentiation nursing， individualized basic nursing， diet and exercise guidance， defecation training were implemented， combined with acupoint massage at Tianshu， Zusanli and other acupoints. After 10 days of intervention， the patient's constipation was relieved， anxiety was eliminated， quality of life was improved， and no complications occurred. This case indicates that individualized nursing combined with acupoint massage can safely and effectively improve the symptoms of chronic constipation in the elderly， which is consistent with the physiological and pathological characteristics of elderly patients， and can provide reference for clinical nursing of similar cases.
