摘要

本文总结1例耳部全息铜砭刮痧用于气血两虚型乳腺癌术后失眠患者的护理经验。在西医常规护理基础上，联合耳部全息铜砭刮痧、耳穴疗法、情志护理、饮食护理及康复锻炼等中西医结合护理措施，干预后患者睡眠状况、焦虑情绪、疼痛症状及中医证候均得到改善。耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴疗法操作简便、安全有效，具有较高临床推广价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying auricular holographic copper-pan scraping therapy to a postoperative breast cancer patient with insomnia attributed to qi and blood deficiency syndrome. On the basis of conventional Western medical nursing care， an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） nursing protocol was implemented， incorporating auricular holographic copper-pan scraping therapy， auricular acupoint therapy， emotional nursing， dietary guidance， and rehabilitative exercise. Following the intervention， the patient's sleep quality， anxiety level， pain symptoms， and TCM syndrome manifestations showed marked improvement. Auricular holographic copper-pan scraping therapy combined with auricular acupoint therapy is simple to perform， safe， and effective， and holds considerable value for broader clinical application.
