摘要

本文总结1例急性阑尾炎术后腹痛患者采用耳穴压丸联合温和灸治疗的护理应用效果。基于中医辨证施护理论，在药物镇痛等基础护理之上，联合耳穴压丸及艾灸中医特色疗法，可有效缓解患者术后疼痛，促进疾病康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing care outcomes of auricular bean pressing combined with mild moxibustion applied in a patient with postoperative abdominal pain following acute appendicitis. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing， in addition to basic nursing measures such as pharmacological analgesia， TCM characteristic therapies including auricular bean pressing and moxibustion were applied in combination， which effectively alleviated the patient's postoperative pain and promoted disease recovery.
