摘要

本文总结1例肾精亏虚型耳鸣患者应用耳部刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗，配合个性化中医护理干预，有效改善肾精亏虚型耳鸣症状。该方案通过“补肾填精、通窍安神”的作用机制调节脏腑功能，可提高疗效稳定性，无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing care of a patient with tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency type who was treated with auricular scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing， supplemented by individualized traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing interventions， which effectively alleviated tinnitus symptoms associated with kidney essence deficiency. Working through the therapeutic mechanism of "tonifying the kidney and replenishing essence， unblocking orifices and tranquilizing the mind，" this regimen regulates the functions of the zang-fu organs， enhances the stability of clinical efficacy， produces no adverse reactions， and is therefore worthy of clinical promotion and application.
