摘要

中医外治护理技术因其安全、有效及患儿接受度高等特点，在社区儿科常见病管理中展现出显著优势。本文基于1例过敏性鼻炎患儿的护理实践，总结出一套以刮痧、中药膏摩和走罐为核心的中医外治护理教学方案。该教案针对基层社区护士的教学需求，采用案例导向的方式，系统设计了包含课前预习、课中多模式实训（问题导向学习PBL、案例导向学习CBL、情景模拟、床旁教学）及课后巩固的完整教学流程，旨在强化护士对儿童过敏性鼻炎的中医辨证思维，提升其中医外治操作技能及健康宣教能力。本教案内容详实、步骤清晰，对在社区层面推广与应用儿科中医特色护理技术具有良好的借鉴与指导意义。

Abstract

Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） external treatment nursing techniques have demonstrated remarkable advantages in the community-based management of common pediatric conditions owing to their safety， efficacy， and high acceptability among children. Based on the nursing practice for a pediatric patient with allergic rhinitis， this paper summarizes a TCM external treatment nursing teaching program centered on scraping therapy， Chinese herbal ointment massage， and moving cupping. Developed to address the educational needs of primary community nurses， the program adopts a case-oriented approach and systematically incorporates a comprehensive teaching workflow comprising pre-class preparation， in-class multi-modal practical training—integrating Problem-Based Learning （PBL）， Case-Based Learning （CBL）， scenario simulation， and bedside teaching—and post-class consolidation. The teaching plan aims to strengthen nurses' TCM syndrome differentiation reasoning in pediatric allergic rhinitis， while enhancing their practical proficiency in TCM external treatment techniques and their capabilities in patient health education. Characterized by comprehensive content and clearly delineated procedures， this teaching plan provides valuable insights and practical guidance for promoting and applying TCM-characterized pediatric nursing techniques at the community level.
