摘要

本文总结1例老年胸痛患者静脉输液治疗后诱发全身药物性皮疹的临床护理经验。该患者因胸痛行静脉输液治疗后出现全身性皮疹伴皮肤瘙痒，在常规抗过敏对症治疗基础上，辅以耳部刮痧联合耳穴贴压的中医特色护理干预。干预后第3天患者皮疹明显消退，干预后第7天皮疹基本痊愈，皮肤瘙痒症状完全缓解。该病例提示，中医外治法可有效辅助改善老年患者输液所致药物过敏反应，干预安全性高，患者依从性良好。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical nursing experience of generalized drug induced rash in one elderly patient with chest pain following intravenous infusion. After receiving intravenous infusion for chest pain， the patient developed generalized rash accompanied by pruritus. On the basis of conventional antiallergic symptomatic treatment， traditional Chinese medicine characterized nursing interventions including ear scraping combined with auricular point pressing were supplemented. The rash subsided markedly on the 3rd day of intervention and nearly healed on the 7th day with complete relief of pruritus. This case indicates that external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively assist in alleviating drug allergic reactions induced by infusion among elderly patients with favorable safety and patients’ compliance.
