摘要

本文总结了1例关格患者行血液滤过联合中医理疗的个案护理体会。患者为老年男性，既往患有高血压、冠心病及糖尿病等多种慢性病，治疗依从性差，未规律治疗，导致出现多种并发症，治疗难度较大。为有效控制病情进展，我科采用血液滤过联合中药内服、中药灌肠、耳穴压丸、穴位贴敷及中药热奄包的综合治疗方案对症处理，患者短期内症状得到明显改善，疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with Guange syndrome treated with hemofiltration combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） physiotherapy. The patient was an elderly male with a history of multiple chronic conditions， including hypertension， coronary heart disease， and diabetes mellitus. He exhibited poor treatment compliance and failed to receive regular therapy， resulting in the development of multiple complications and considerable treatment challenges. To effectively control disease progression， a comprehensive treatment regimen was implemented， integrating hemofiltration with oral Chinese herbal medicine， herbal enema， auricular acupressure， acupoint application， and Chinese herbal hot compress pack. Following this combined therapy， the patient's symptoms improved significantly within a short period， demonstrating a remarkable therapeutic effect.
