摘要

本文总结1例变应性鼻炎（肺经伏热证）患儿基于“辨体—辨病—辨证”三维模式实施中医特色护理的经验。针对患儿肺经郁热、鼻窍不利的核心病机，采用鼻部玉石刮痧联合蜜芽罐循经走罐技术，配合清热宣肺类饮食指导及健康宣教。干预后患儿浊涕转清、鼻塞缓解，中医证候积分显著下降，体现了基于“三维模式”开展中医外治特色疗法在清热通窍方面的独特优势。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of implementing characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing care based on the three-dimensional model of "constitution differentiation–disease differentiation–syndrome differentiation" for a pediatric patient with allergic rhinitis presenting as lung meridian latent heat syndrome. Targeting the core pathogenesis of stagnant heat in the lung meridian and impaired nasal orifices， the intervention employed nasal jade scraping combined with honey bud cupping along-meridian moving cupping technique， supplemented by dietary guidance aimed at clearing heat and ventilating the lung， as well as comprehensive health education. Following the intervention， the child's turbid nasal discharge became clear， nasal congestion was markedly relieved， and the TCM syndrome score decreased significantly. This case demonstrates the unique advantages of the "three-dimensional model"–guided TCM external characteristic therapies in clearing heat and unblocking the nasal orifices.
