摘要

本文总结1例肝阳上亢型高血压患者采用五音疗法联合耳部刮痧疗法的护理经验。基于中医辨证理论，在病情观察、生活起居指导及饮食调护等常规护理基础上，实施五音疗法联合耳部刮痧中医特色干预。经治疗，患者血压控制至正常范围，头晕症状缓解，生活质量得以提升。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating one patient with hypertension of the liver yang ascending type using five-element music therapy combined with auricular scraping therapy. Based on the theory of TCM pattern differentiation， on the foundation of routine nursing care including condition observation， daily living guidance， and dietary regulation， TCM-specific interventions consisting of five-element music therapy combined with auricular scraping therapy were implemented. Following treatment， the patient's blood pressure was controlled within the normal range， dizziness symptoms were relieved， and quality of life was improved.
