摘要

本文总结1例57岁围绝经期女性腰椎间盘突出症合并退行性脊柱炎患者的护理经验，旨在总结气滞血瘀兼肝肾亏虚证腰痹病的中西医结合护理方案。基于“以通为用”理念，实施火龙罐综合灸联合耳穴贴压干预，配合辨证饮食指导、起居调护、情志疏导及阶梯式功能锻炼。经干预后，患者腰腿痛、下肢麻木症状显著缓解，腰椎活动度与睡眠质量明显改善。该护理方案对此类复杂证型患者效果良好，可为临床提供可复制的实践参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of managing a 57-year-old perimenopausal female patient with lumbar disc herniation complicated by degenerative spondylitis， aiming to develop an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing protocol for lumbar bi disease characterized by the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis complicated by liver and kidney deficiency. Based on the therapeutic principle of "promoting unobstruction for functional restoration，" interventions including fire dragon cup comprehensive moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure were implemented， accompanied by syndrome-based dietary guidance， daily living regulation， emotional counseling， and staged functional exercises. Following the intervention， the patient's symptoms of low back and leg pain and lower limb numbness were significantly relieved， while lumbar range of motion and sleep quality improved markedly. This nursing protocol demonstrates favorable efficacy in patients with such complex syndrome patterns and may serve as a replicable practical reference for clinical practice.
