摘要

本文总结1例焦虑患者长期失眠的护理经验，通过中医辨证，对患者实施中医特色护理、饮食护理及情志调护等护理措施，有效改善患者失眠症状，提高睡眠质量，减轻患者痛苦。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience in managing long-term insomnia in a patient with anxiety. Based on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） pattern differentiation/syndrome differentiation， a series of nursing interventions were implemented， including TCM-characteristic nursing care， dietary nursing， and emotional regulation nursing. These measures effectively improved the patient's insomnia symptoms， enhanced sleep quality， and alleviated patient suffering.
