摘要

本文总结1例胃癌术后肠梗阻患者采用艾灸联合穴位按摩及中药保留灌肠治疗的护理经验。在中医辨证施护基础上，运用上述中医特色护理技术，并配合饮食、情志及生活等综合护理措施，有效改善患者腹胀、腹痛等肠梗阻症状，促进胃肠功能恢复，提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying moxibustion combined with acupoint massage and Chinese herbal retention enema in a case of intestinal obstruction following gastric cancer surgery. Based on syndrome differentiation-oriented nursing within traditional Chinese medicine， the aforementioned characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques were employed alongside integrated supportive measures including dietary regulation， emotional nursing， and lifestyle guidance. These interventions effectively alleviated the patient's symptoms of intestinal obstruction such as abdominal distension and pain， promoted the recovery of gastrointestinal function， and improved the patient's quality of life.
