摘要

本文总结1例90岁高龄多病共存合并细菌性肺炎、脓毒症、上消化道出血患者的个体化护理经验。通过系统梳理该患者的全程护理实施过程，明确高龄重症、多病共存患者的核心护理难点与针对性干预对策，可为临床同类高龄复杂患者的精细化护理实践提供参考依据。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the individualized nursing experience for a 90-year-old patient with multiple comorbidities complicated by bacterial pneumonia， sepsis， and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Through a systematic review of the entire nursing process for this patient， the core nursing challenges and targeted intervention strategies for elderly critically ill patients with multiple comorbidities were clarified， which can provide a reference for refined nursing practice in clinically similar elderly patients with complex conditions.
