摘要

本文总结了1例运用穴位按摩联合中药热奄包治疗青年男性混合痔合并肛瘘术后尿潴留的护理体会。通过对患者排尿情况、疼痛及焦虑程度等进行科学护理评估，采用穴位按摩联合中药热奄包治疗，并配合有效护理干预，患者尿潴留症状得到明显改善，疼痛缓解，同时避免了导尿操作对尿道造成的物理损伤，降低了感染风险，提升了患者对治疗的信心及依从性。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） hot compress package in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention in a young male patient with mixed hemorrhoids complicated by anal fistula. A systematic nursing assessment was conducted to evaluate the patient's voiding status， pain intensity， and anxiety level. Acupoint massage combined with TCM hot compress package was implemented alongside effective nursing interventions. The patient's symptoms of urinary retention were significantly alleviated， and pain was effectively relieved. This approach avoided the physical trauma to the urethra caused by catheterization， reduced the risk of infection， and enhanced the patient's confidence in treatment and treatment compliance.
