摘要

本文总结1例尿道狭窄患者术后疼痛及排尿恢复的护理观察经验。患者因排尿不畅25年余入院，西医诊断为尿道狭窄、泌尿系感染，中医诊断为癃闭，证属肾虚血瘀。患者先后行尿道镜检查、膀胱穿刺造瘘术、尿道狭窄切除术、舌黏膜代尿道成形术及包皮环切术。术后在抗炎、止血、管路管理、口腔护理及风险预防基础上，辅以中医热奄包干预。经护理后患者生命体征平稳，疼痛轻微，尿管及造瘘管通畅，未见明显并发症。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing observation experience regarding postoperative pain relief and urinary function recovery in a patient with urethral stricture. The patient was admitted due to dysuria persisting for more than 25 years， with a Western medical diagnosis of urethral stricture complicated by urinary tract infection and a traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of Longbi attributed to kidney deficiency with blood stasis. The patient sequentially underwent urethroscopy， suprapubic cystostomy， urethral stricture excision， lingual mucosal urethroplasty， and circumcision. Following surgery， in addition to conventional care including anti-infection therapy， hemostasis， catheter management， oral care， and risk prevention， traditional Chinese medicine hot compress pack intervention was administered as an adjunctive treatment. After nursing care， the patient's vital signs remained stable， with mild pain， unobstructed urinary and suprapubic catheters， and no notable complications observed.
