摘要

本文总结1例手法通乳联合蜜芽罐治疗乳痈早期患者的中医护理经验。通过手法通乳联合蜜芽罐走罐治疗，同时实施病情监测、辨证施膳及健康宣教等系统化中医护理干预，可快速缓解乳房肿痛、消散肿块，促进患者康复，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing experience of treating one patient with early-stage acute mastitis （ruyong） using manual lactation therapy combined with Moya cupping therapy. Through manual lactation therapy in conjunction with moving cupping using Moya cups， along with systematic TCM nursing interventions including disease monitoring， syndrome-differentiated dietary therapy， and health education， the patient's breast pain and distension were rapidly relieved， the mass was dissipated， and recovery was promoted. This approach is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
