摘要

混合痔外剥内扎术后急性尿潴留发生率较高，西医有创导尿存在较多并发症，优化无创护理方案具有重要临床实用价值。本文报道1例术后急性尿潴留患者，经系统护理评估明确护理诊断，制定中西医结合护理计划，实施穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包特色干预，配合情志疏导、饮食调护及体位指导综合护理措施。护理评价显示，干预45 min后患者恢复自主排尿，腹胀症状消退，未出现皮肤及泌尿系统不良反应。本案例表明该中医护理方案安全高效，可规避有创导尿操作，为临床同类病例处置提供参考。

Abstract

Acute urinary retention is a common complication following external excision and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids， while invasive urinary catheterization in Western medicine is associated with numerous complications. Therefore， optimizing non-invasive nursing protocols carries important clinical practical value. This article reports one patient with postoperative acute urinary retention. A systematic nursing assessment was performed to clarify the nursing diagnoses， and an integrative Chinese and Western medicine nursing care plan was formulated. Characteristic interventions， including acupoint application combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） hot compress package， were implemented， alongside comprehensive nursing measures such as emotional guidance， dietary regulation， and postural guidance. Nursing evaluation demonstrated that the patient resumed spontaneous urination 45 minutes after the intervention， the symptom of abdominal distension resolved， and no adverse skin or urinary system reactions were observed. This case indicates that the TCM nursing protocol is safe and highly effective， allows avoidance of invasive urinary catheterization， and provides a reference for the management of similar clinical cases.
