摘要

本文总结1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用火龙罐联合耳穴疗法改善失眠症状的护理经验。通过对患者中医证候、睡眠质量及情志状态等方面的评估，在常规对症治疗及护理基础上，实施火龙罐联合耳穴疗法干预，有效改善患者睡眠状况，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying fire dragon cupping combined with auricular acupoint therapy to alleviate insomnia symptoms in a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Based on comprehensive assessments of the patient's TCM syndrome patterns， sleep quality， and emotional status， fire dragon cupping combined with auricular acupoint therapy was implemented on the foundation of conventional symptomatic treatment and routine nursing care. The intervention effectively improved the patient's sleep condition and enhanced quality of life.
