摘要

本文总结1例“阳光普照法”联合火龙罐技术改善混合痔术后睡眠障碍患者的临床效果与护理体会，旨在为此类患者的临床干预提供参考。护理人员完善护理评估体系，基于中医辨证施治原则，对1例混合痔术后并发睡眠障碍的患者实施“阳光普照法”联合火龙罐技术干预，动态观察其睡眠改善情况。结果显示，患者经干预后睡眠质量显著提升，疼痛症状及焦虑情绪明显缓解，护理效果确切。该联合干预方案操作简便、安全无创，充分体现了中医护理“整体观念”与“辨证施护”的特色优势，为肛肠术后睡眠障碍的非药物干预提供了新的实践方向。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical efficacy and nursing experience of applying the "Sunshine Illumination Method" combined with fire dragon cupping therapy to improve sleep disorder in a patient following mixed hemorrhoids surgery， aiming to provide reference for clinical intervention in such cases. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and treatment， nursing staff refined the nursing assessment system and implemented the integrated intervention of "Sunshine Illumination Method" combined with fire dragon cupping therapy for a patient with sleep disorder following mixed hemorrhoids surgery， with dynamic observation of sleep improvement. The results demonstrated that the patient's sleep quality was significantly enhanced after the intervention， with marked alleviation of pain symptoms and anxiety， confirming definite nursing effects. This combined intervention protocol is simple to operate， safe， and non-invasive， fully embodying the characteristic advantages of TCM nursing in "holistic concept" and "syndrome differentiation-based care，" thereby providing a novel practical direction for non-pharmacological intervention of postoperative sleep disorder in anorectal surgery.
