摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗混合痔术后便秘的护理经验。采用中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷的中医特色护理方案，同时配合生活指导、排便护理、饮食调护及情志疏导，患者便秘症状明显改善，疼痛减轻，水肿消退，焦虑缓解，顺利出院且随访效果良好。该方案操作简便、不良反应少，为混合痔术后便秘的护理提供了有效参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating postoperative constipation in a patient with mixed hemorrhoids using Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） ointment massage combined with acupoint application. A characteristic TCM nursing protocol incorporating herbal ointment massage and acupoint sticking was implemented， alongside lifestyle guidance， defecation care， dietary regulation， and emotional counseling. The patient's constipation symptoms improved significantly， with alleviation of pain， resolution of edema， and relief of anxiety. The patient was discharged smoothly with favorable outcomes during follow-up. This protocol is simple to perform with minimal adverse effects， providing an effective reference for nursing care of postoperative constipation in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
