摘要

本文以“肾督亏虚”理论为指导，针对1例强直性脊柱炎腰痛患者，结合临床症状制定护理方案，采用中医外治法火龙罐联合中药塌渍及蜡疗，同时加强生活护理、运动康复、饮食护理及情志护理，有效改善患者临床症状，充分体现了中西医结合特色护理的优势，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Guided by the theory of "Kidney-Du Channel Deficiency，" this study developed a nursing plan for a patient with ankylosing spondylitis suffering from low back pain， based on clinical symptoms. The intervention combined traditional Chinese medicine external therapies—fire dragon cupping， herbal poultice， and wax therapy—with enhanced lifestyle care， exercise rehabilitation， dietary management， and emotional support. This comprehensive approach effectively alleviated the patient's clinical symptoms， fully demonstrating the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medical nursing care， and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
