摘要

本文总结1例强直性脊柱炎（脊痹）患者采用火龙灸联合耳穴压豆治疗的效果观察及护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，予火龙灸温通经络、耳穴压豆调理脏腑，配合生活起居、饮食、情志及功能锻炼等常规护理措施，有效改善患者腰骶部疼痛、脊柱活动受限症状及焦虑情绪，提升生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the therapeutic observation and nursing experience of applying fire dragon moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing therapy to treat a patient with ankylosing spondylitis （classified as "spinal impediment" / Ji Bi in traditional Chinese medicine）. Guided by the TCM theory of syndrome differentiation-based nursing， fire dragon moxibustion was employed to warm and unblock the meridians， while auricular point pressing was used to regulate zang-fu organ function. Combined with routine nursing measures including daily life guidance， dietary regulation， emotional care， and functional exercise， the intervention effectively alleviated the patient's lumbosacral pain， improved limited spinal mobility， relieved anxiety， and enhanced quality of life.
