摘要

踝关节骨折是临床常见的创伤性疾病，多由日常活动摔倒或交通事故等外力因素引发，术后规范护理对患者关节功能恢复至关重要。本文回顾性分析1例踝关节骨折切开复位内固定术（ORIF）患者的完整护理过程，总结术后疼痛管理、切口护理、阶梯式功能锻炼、并发症预防及心理干预等维度的临床护理经验。针对患者术后肢体肿胀的核心问题，采用中西医结合模式制定个体化护理方案，患者术后整体恢复状态良好，未发生切口感染、深静脉血栓（DVT）或关节僵硬等相关并发症，最终康复效果满意。本临床案例提示，科学、系统的术后护理干预可有效促进踝关节骨折患者的功能恢复，进一步提升患者远期生活质量。

Abstract

Ankle fracture is a common traumatic condition in clinical practice， frequently caused by external forces such as falls during daily activities or traffic accidents. Standardized postoperative nursing care is of vital importance for the recovery of joint function in affected patients. This article retrospectively analyzes the complete nursing process of a patient undergoing open reduction and internal fixation （ORIF） for ankle fracture， and summarizes the clinical nursing experience across multiple dimensions， including postoperative pain management， wound care， stepwise functional exercise， complication prevention， and psychological intervention. Addressing the core concern of postoperative limb swelling， an individualized nursing protocol integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine was formulated. The patient demonstrated a favorable overall postoperative recovery， without the occurrence of related complications such as surgical site infection， deep vein thrombosis （DVT）， or joint stiffness， and ultimately achieved a satisfactory rehabilitation outcome. This clinical case suggests that scientific and systematic postoperative nursing interventions can effectively promote functional recovery in patients with ankle fracture and further enhance their long-term quality of life.
