摘要

本文总结呼吸操联合八段锦对1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者肺功能及情绪调节的护理干预措施，主要从呼吸操训练、八段锦练习及情志护理等方面实施干预，旨在减轻患者呼吸困难症状，缓解焦虑情绪，改善肺功能，进而提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing interventions of breathing exercises combined with Baduanjin on pulmonary function and emotional regulation in a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） at the stable stage. The interventions were mainly implemented from the aspects of breathing exercise training， Baduanjin practice， and emotional nursing， aiming to alleviate dyspnea symptoms， relieve anxiety， improve pulmonary function， and ultimately enhance the patient's quality of life.
