摘要

本文总结1例以膀胱经带状疱疹症状为主要表现的老年癌症患者的临床诊疗护理经验。患者住院期间，基于中医“脏腑别通理论”为其开展刺络放血、刮痧及隔姜灸等特色中医干预，同时配合病情观察、生活起居护理、饮食护理与用药护理等综合护理措施。经系统干预后患者痊愈，未出现带状疱疹后遗神经痛，干预效果显著。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical diagnosis， treatment and nursing experience of an elderly cancer patient with herpes zoster in the bladder meridian as the main manifestation. During the hospitalization， characteristic traditional Chinese medicine interventions including pricking bloodletting， scraping and ginger-separated moxibustion were carried out for the patient based on the TCM "Zang-Fu Interconnection Theory"， and comprehensive nursing measures such as condition observation， daily life nursing， diet nursing and medication nursing were supplemented at the same time. After systematic intervention， the patient recovered completely without postherpetic neuralgia， and the intervention effect was remarkable.
