摘要

本文针对阳虚型腹型肥胖患者，探讨平衡罐联合八卦揉腹用于减重护理的临床价值。对患者给予规范平衡罐治疗以疏通经络，配合八卦揉腹调理脾胃运化功能，同时辅以饮食与运动指导。干预后患者体重、腹围显著下降，阳虚相关症状得到改善。该联合方案可起到疏经化湿、促进代谢的作用，为阳虚型腹型肥胖的中医外治减重提供了安全可行的护理依据，值得临床推广，也可为该病的精准干预及作用机制研究提供参考。

Abstract

This article addresses the management of abdominal obesity in patients with yang deficiency constitution， and explores the clinical value of balanced cupping combined with Bagua abdominal massage as a weight-reduction nursing intervention. The patient was treated with standardized balanced cupping therapy to unblock the meridians， coupled with Bagua abdominal therapy to regulate the spleen's transformative and transportative functions， supplemented by dietary and exercise guidance. Following the intervention， the patient's body weight and abdominal circumference were markedly reduced， and yang-deficiency-related symptoms showed notable improvement. This combined regimen exerts effects of unblocking meridians， resolving dampness， and promoting metabolism， thereby providing a safe and feasible nursing approach for traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of abdominal obesity associated with yang deficiency. It merits clinical promotion and may also offer a reference for precision-based interventions and mechanistic investigations of this condition.
