摘要

本文总结1例应用肾脏导引术改善血液透析患者抑郁状态的护理体会。基于五脏与情志的对应关系，采用中医传统运动疗法，即肾脏导引术进行干预，同时配合病情观察、生活起居调护及饮食指导等常规护理措施。干预后，患者抑郁状态得到明显缓解。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Kidney Daoyin therapy to alleviate depressive symptoms in a maintenance hemodialysis patient. Based on the correspondence between the five zang organs and emotions in traditional Chinese medicine， the intervention employed Kidney Daoyin， a traditional Chinese exercise therapy， in conjunction with routine nursing measures including disease observation， regulation of daily life， and dietary guidance. Following the intervention， the patient's depressive state was significantly alleviated.
