摘要

本文探讨1例应用降胃健脾除湿外治技法干预肥胖患者的护理过程。护理团队通过系统评估识别出患者营养失调、焦虑等核心问题，采用降胃健脾除湿外治技法联合辨证施膳、情志护理综合干预，逐步改善患者肥胖症状。经干预，患者体重明显下降，焦虑情绪显著缓解，生活质量得到有效提升。

Abstract

This paper explores the nursing process of intervening in one obese patient through the external therapeutic techniques of descending stomach qi， strengthening spleen， and eliminating dampness. The nursing team identified core issues including nutritional imbalance and anxiety through systematic assessment， and implemented a comprehensive intervention integrating these external therapeutic techniques with syndrome differentiation-based dietary regulation and emotional care， thereby progressively ameliorating the patient's obesity condition. Following the intervention， the patient experienced significant weight reduction， marked alleviation of anxiety， and effective improvement in quality of life.
