摘要

本文总结1例右膝关节置换术后合并慢性顽固性便秘患者的多学科协同护理查房案例。基于患者临床资料，责任护士进行病例汇报，主管医师分析病情及诊疗方案，多学科护理团队针对患者核心护理问题提出专业干预建议。通过实施中西医结合护理措施，重点强化中医特色外治干预，有效改善患者排便形态，缓解腹胀不适，同时促进右膝关节功能康复，缩短住院病程。该临床案例表明，以护士为核心的医护协同与多学科联合查房模式，在此类术后合并慢性便秘患者的护理工作中具备较高临床应用价值。

Abstract

This paper summarizes a case of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing rounds for a patient with chronic refractory constipation after right knee arthroplasty. Based on the patient's clinical data， the primary nurse presented the case， the attending physician analyzed the patient's condition and treatment plan， and the multidisciplinary nursing team proposed professional intervention recommendations targeting the core nursing issues. Through the implementation of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures， with emphasis on characteristic external TCM interventions， the patient's defecation pattern was effectively improved， abdominal distension and discomfort were alleviated， and right knee joint functional rehabilitation was promoted， thereby shortening the hospital stay. This clinical case demonstrates that the nurse-centered physician-nurse collaboration combined with multidisciplinary joint ward-round model has high clinical application value in the nursing care of postoperative patients complicated with chronic constipation.
