摘要

本文总结1例晚期胰腺癌伴腹膜转移患者并发不完全性肠梗阻应用隔盐灸联合砭石疗法的干预效果及护理经验。患者因行周期性化疗入院，化疗当日因腹部胀满、排便困难行X线检查，确诊为不完全性肠梗阻；根据患者辨证给予温阳行气、通腑降逆治法，配合饮食指导及规范护理后，患者不完全性肠梗阻完全缓解，生活质量提高。本案例可为临床癌性不完全性肠梗阻的中医护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the intervention effects and nursing experience of applying salt-isolation moxibustion combined with bian-stone therapy for a patient with advanced pancreatic cancer complicated by peritoneal metastasis who developed incomplete intestinal obstruction. The patient was admitted for periodic chemotherapy， and on the day of chemotherapy， X-ray examination was performed due to abdominal distension and difficulty in defecation， confirming the diagnosis of incomplete intestinal obstruction. Based on pattern differentiation， the therapeutic principles of warming yang， promoting qi movement， and unblocking the fu organs to direct counterflow downward were adopted. Combined with dietary guidance and standardized nursing care， the patient's incomplete intestinal obstruction was completely relieved and quality of life was improved. This case may provide a reference for the clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing practice of malignant incomplete intestinal obstruction.
