摘要

本文总结1例延髓出血合并重症肺炎患者的护理经验。护理要点包括实施规范化气道管理联合俯卧位通气以改善氧合状态，落实目标导向性肠内营养支持方案，系统性防控神经系统、消化系统及血栓相关性并发症，早期开展多学科协作模式下的康复训练。经过22 d的治疗与护理，患者病情趋于稳定，家属要求出院转运。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with medullary hemorrhage complicated by severe pneumonia. Key nursing measures included the implementation of standardized airway management combined with prone position ventilation to improve oxygenation， the application of a goal-directed enteral nutrition support protocol， the systematic prevention of neurological， gastrointestinal， and thromboembolism-related complications， and the early initiation of multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation training. Following 22 days of treatment and nursing care， the patient's condition stabilized， and the family requested discharge and transfer.
