摘要

本文回顾性分析1例90岁老年胆源性胰腺炎合并腹胀便秘患者的临床资料，在西医常规治疗的基础上实施中药涂擦联合个性化护理干预。全程开展护理评估，制定个性化护理方案，落实干预措施并动态评价疗效。经综合护理干预后，患者腹胀便秘症状缓解，胃肠功能恢复，胰腺炎症得到控制并顺利出院。本病例提示，中药涂擦联合常规护理可有效改善胆源性胰腺炎患者腹胀便秘，促进胃肠功能恢复，提升护理质量，可为同类高龄患者的临床护理提供参考。

Abstract

This article retrospectively analyzes the clinical data of a 90-year-old patient with biliary pancreatitis complicated by abdominal distension and constipation. On the basis of conventional Western medical treatment， herbal external application combined with individualized nursing interventions was implemented. Comprehensive nursing assessment was conducted throughout the course of care， an individualized nursing plan was formulated， intervention measures were implemented， and therapeutic outcomes were dynamically evaluated. Following comprehensive nursing intervention， the patient's symptoms of abdominal distension and constipation were alleviated， gastrointestinal function was restored， pancreatic inflammation was controlled， and the patient was successfully discharged. This case suggests that herbal external application combined with conventional nursing care can effectively improve abdominal distension and constipation in patients with biliary pancreatitis， promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function， and enhance the quality of nursing care， providing a reference for the clinical nursing of similar elderly patients.
