摘要

本文总结1例敷药法联合耳尖放血治疗眶蜂窝织炎的护理报告。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用敷药法联合耳尖放血治疗，并配合病情监测、规范用药、饮食护理及情志护理等多项针对性护理措施。患者右眼视力恢复至0.8，右眼眼睑肿胀程度明显减轻，疼痛及焦虑情绪有所缓解，未发生并发症，顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience in the treatment of one case of orbital cellulitis using topical herbal application combined with ear-tip bloodletting therapy. Guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation and individualized nursing care in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， the patient was treated with topical herbal application combined with ear-tip bloodletting， supplemented by targeted nursing interventions including condition monitoring， standardized medication administration， dietary nursing， and emotional nursing. The patient's visual acuity of the right eye recovered to 0.8， with marked reduction in right eyelid swelling， alleviation of pain and anxiety， no complications， and successful discharge.
