摘要

本文报告1例慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症期合并失眠患者实施头部刮痧联合耳部刮痧护理的个案。患者在常规血液透析及慢性病管理基础上，接受针对性中医特色护理干预，旨在改善睡眠质量、缓解相关不适症状。通过为期2周的护理，患者失眠状况显著改善，证实该护理方案具有有效性。“头耳同调”刮痧疗法属中医绿色外治法，操作简便，改善效果明显，为临床护理此类患者提供了可借鉴的思路。

Abstract

This article reports a nursing case involving a patient with chronic renal failure at the uremic stage complicated by insomnia who received scalp scraping therapy combined with auricular scraping therapy nursing care. On the basis of conventional hemodialysis and chronic disease management， targeted Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） characteristic nursing interventions were implemented， aiming to improve sleep quality and alleviate associated discomfort. Following a two-week nursing course， the patient's insomnia improved significantly， confirming the effectiveness of this nursing protocol. The "simultaneous regulation of the head and ear" scraping therapy ， as a non-invasive external TCM approach， is simple to perform and demonstrates remarkable therapeutic effects， thereby providing a practical reference for clinical nursing care of such patients.
