摘要
本文总结1例超高龄急性下肢动脉栓塞患者介入术后集束化中医护理方案。根据患者病情及症状制定集束化中医护理方案，包括：中药口护、穴位按摩、耳尖刺络放血、耳穴综合操作技术、砭石熨摩中药透入法等中医特色护理技术。
Abstract
This paper summarized the clustered Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing measures after interventional therapy for acute arterial embolism of the lower limb in a super-elderly patient. According to the patient's condition and clinical symptoms， the clustered TCM nursing strategy was carried out， including Chinese herbal medicine oral care， acupressure， ear-tip pricking and bleeding， auricular point integrated operation technique， acupuncture stone ironing and moistening herbal penetration method and other TCM characteristic care techniques.
