摘要
本文总结1例声带息肉切除患者术后的护理经验。基于整体评估和中医辨证论治理论，实施中医特色护理干预措施，包括情志护理、八段锦、腹式呼吸和发音功能锻炼、调“心”。同时根据患者体质情况结合中医学疾病管理方法实施辨证施护，以调理脏腑功能，增强机体免疫力，预防疾病复发。
Abstract
This paper summarized the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for a patient after vocal cord polypectomy. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of illness condition and Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） treatment by syndrome differentiation， TCM characteristic interventions such as emotional care， Baduanjin exercise， abdominal respiration and vocal Exercise， regulating mental activities were carried out. TCM constitution analysis and health management was adopted in the TCM nursing by syndrome differentiation， in order to regulate patient Viscera function， improve immunity and prevent disease recurrence.
