摘要
本文分析皮内针联合药枕对1例慢性肾功能衰竭患者失眠的干预效果，总结相关护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，通过取穴双太阳、双内关、印堂，实施皮内针；选取合欢花、玫瑰花、菊花、炒决明子、首乌藤、陈皮、煅磁石等药材，给予药枕干预。此外加强患者生活护理、运动指导、饮食护理、心理护理和用药护理。皮内针联合药枕具有操作简单、安全、费用低、患者易接受、依从性好等优点，能有效改善慢性肾功能衰竭失眠患者的睡眠质量。
Abstract
This paper analyzed the effect of intradermal acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine pillow in the treatment of insomnia in a patient with chronic renal failure， and summarized related nursing measures. Based on the nursing risk assessment， the intradermal acupuncture was performed at bilateral Taiyang acupoints， bilateral Neiguan acupoints and ophryon acupoint. The patient also used medicine pillow with inserted Chinese herbal medicines including albizia flower， Flos rosae rugosae， chrysanthemum， pched semen cassia， vine of multiflower knotweed， Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium， etc. Nursing interventions on activity of daily living， exercise， mental health and medication were carried out during the treatment. The intradermal acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine pillow is potentially effective on relief of insomnia in the patient with chronic renal failure， and it is easy-to-operate， safe， low-cost and well accepted.
