摘要

本文总结1例食管癌合并慢性支气管炎患者术后并发颈部吻合口瘘的护理经验。应加强术后有效的胃肠减压、胸腔闭式引流、颈部吻合口瘘敞开充分冲洗和引流，同时关注创面渗血、渗液，给予早期营养支持、早期活动与心理支持，加速患者康复。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management of postoperative cervical anastomotic leakage in a patient with esophagus cancer complicated with chronic bronchitis. Issues should be taken into consideration as follows： implementation of the effective gastrointestinal decompression after surgery， closed drainage of thoracic cavity， wound irrigation and drainage for cervical anastomotic leakage， observation on bleeding and exudation of the wounds， nutrition support， functional exercise and psychological care at early stage.
