摘要

为进一步提高对中风老年患者的临床护理质量，本次选取我院收治的1例气虚血瘀证中风老年患者进行护理个案研究。入院后患者经西医确诊为左侧腔隙性脑梗塞，冠心病并行冠脉搭桥术后，心功能1级，中医诊断为中风（气虚血瘀证），给予对症治疗，并实施中西医结合护理，措施包括耳穴压豆护理、穴位按摩、情志护理、饮食护理等。患者恢复良好于2022年9月19日出院。可见，对中风患者实施个性化、优质的中西医护理能够使两种护理模式优势互补，提升护理效果，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

In order to further improve the quality of clinical care for elderly patients with stroke， this time we selected one elderly patient with stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type treated in our hospital for nursing case study. After admission， the patient was diagnosed as left lacunar cerebral infarction by western medicine. After coronary heart disease and coronary artery bypass grafting， the cardiac function of the patient was Grade 1. The patient was diagnosed as stroke （Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome） by traditional Chinese medicine， and was given symptomatic treatment. Integrated Chinese and western medicine care was implemented. The measures included ear point pressing bean care， point massage， functional exercise， emotional care， diet care， etc. The patient recovered well and was discharged on September 19， 2022. It can be seen that the implementation of personalized and high-quality Chinese and Western medicine nursing for stroke patients can complement the advantages of the two nursing models and improve the nursing effect， which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
