摘要
本文回顾中医外治法在1例湿热内蕴型胆石病行经内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）患者围手术期中的应用效果，总结相关护理经验。针对患者术前、术中、术后不同的症状，分析护理重点，运用中医外治法开展辨证施护。医护人员应根据疾病、证候、症状实施针对性中西医结合护理干预，形成规范、具有科室特色的中医护理体系，进行中西医结合症状群管理研究。
Abstract
This paper reviewed the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） external treatment in perioperative nursing for a patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP）for cholelithiasis with retention of damp-heat syndrome， and summarized perioperative nursing measures. According to the different clinical syndromes presented before and after surgery， TCM external treatment and nursing by syndrome differentiation were carried out. It is necessary to implement targeted integrative nursing interventions based on the analysis of disease， syndromes and clinical symptoms. A standard TCM nursing system with discipline characteristics should be formed for the further study on symptom cluster management.
