摘要

阿片类药物是目前临床上广泛用以缓解癌性疼痛的可靠手段之一，然而长期应用阿片类药物可能发生一系列不良反应，其中以阿片类药物相关性便秘（OIC）最为常见。本文报告1例癌痛患者因长期口服奥施康定引起便秘，四诊合参符合《伤寒论》气虚秘型，使用膏摩疗法效果明显。腹部膏摩疗法是基于中医外治法以及中医推拿所发展而来的一种新型中医特色疗法，非但能有效治疗疾病，同时可在一定程度上降低并发症的发生风险，具有安全、疗效肯定以及操作简便等特点。

Abstract

Opioids are currently one of the most reliable means for relieving cancer pain in clinical practice. However， long-term use of opioids may cause a series of adverse reactions， among which opioid-related constipation （OIC） is the most common. This paper reviewed a case of constipation caused by long-term oral administration of OxyContin in a patient with cancer pain. Abdominal rubbing therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment is a new type of TCM characteristic therapy developed based on TCM external treatment and TCM massage. It can not only effectively treat diseases， but also reduce the risk of complications to a certain extent. It is safe， effective and Easy to operate and so on.
