摘要
本文总结中医外治联合疗法治疗1例胸痹心痛患者便秘的护理体会。在完善护理评估的基础上，给予腹部经穴推拿技术、皮内针技术、耳穴贴压技术。中医外治方法联合应用能够有效缓解胸痹心痛患者便秘症状，且操作简单、患者易接受值得借鉴。
Abstract
This paper summarized the combined external therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and nursing management of constipation in a patient with pectoral pain and stuffiness. After a comprehensive nursing assessment， abdominal meridian acupoint massage， intradermal acupuncture and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing were used jointly to relieve the symptoms of constipation. The combination of TCM external therapies， which is easy-to-operate and well-accepted， is able to relieve the constipation symptoms in the patient with pectoral pain and stuffiness.
