摘要
本文总结了1例心衰患者双下肢水肿应用中药膏摩联合红外线烤灯治疗的效果和护理体会。在常规护理的基础上，给予患者中药膏摩联合红外线烤灯治疗，以改善心衰病患者双下肢水肿症状。干预后患者水肿、肿胀明显好转，肿胀程度从Ⅲ级降至0级。中药膏摩联合红外线烤灯作用直接、效果明显、无不良反应，对促进患者康复具有积极意义。治疗方法可以为临床治疗心衰患者双下肢水肿提供参考。
Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing experience of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and rubbing therapy combined with infrared baking lamp to treat lower extremity edema of a patient with heart failure. On the basis of routine nursing， the patient was given traditional Chinese medicine ointment and rubbing combined with infrared baking lamp to improve the edema symptoms of both lower extremities of a patient with heart failure. After intervention， the patients' edema and swelling improved significantly， and the degree of swelling decreased from Grade III to Grade 0. The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and rubbing therapy and infrared baking lamp has direct effect， obvious effect and no adverse reaction， which is of positive significance for promoting the rehabilitation of patients. The treatment method can provide reference for clinical treatment of lower limb edema in patients with heart failure.
