摘要

本文主要总结1例弥漫性轴索损伤患者的中西医结合护理体会，内容包含急救护理，病情观察，对症护理，并发症的护理，以及中医针灸、功能锻炼等中医适宜技术，通过开展中西结合护理措施，尽可能地改善患者预后效益。

Abstract

This article mainly discusses and analyzes the nursing experience of a case of diffuse axonal injury treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine， including emergency care， disease observation， symptomatic care， complications care， etc. The integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing is the main nursing intervention， and the results indicated that the prognosis of patients with diffuse axonal injury could be effectively improved by carrying out the dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
