摘要

本文基于1例急性肾损伤病例，总结联合使用翻转课堂及CBL教学法的护理教学体会。通过对新入职护士进行分组，明确各自职责分工合作进行病例汇报，从急性肾损伤的相关知识、与病例相结合的治疗护理方法、CRRT操作演示、常见报警及处理等方面进行护理教学，取得良好效果，对ICU护理教学的推动有积极意义。

Abstract

Taking a case of acute kidney injury as an example， this article summarized a case of nursing teaching experience using flipped classroom and CBL teaching methods. In the process of nursing teaching， newly nurses were divided into groups with a clear division of labor， and they worked together to report cases. The nursing teaching was carried out from the aspects of relevant knowledge of acute kidney injury， treatment and nursing methods combined with cases， CRRT operation demonstration， common alarm and treatment， etc. The combination of flipped classroom and CBL teaching methods achieved good results and had positive significance for promoting ICU nursing teaching.
