摘要

本文总结1例产后缺乳的产妇实施中医适宜技术护理经验。首先根据产妇情况辨证分型，根据证型实施手指点穴联合如意金黄散护理干预，既能减轻产妇乳房胀痛，又能调畅情志，改善缺乳症状，提高母乳喂养率。手指点穴联合如意金黄散治疗体现了中医护理学专科特色及中医辨证施护的水平，提高了护理质量。将辨证施护理念贯彻执行到产后缺乳护理实践中，从而提高本病证的治疗效果，提升母乳喂养率，减轻家庭及社会的负担。
