摘要

本文总结了1例老年便秘患者伴IV期压力性损伤的治疗和护理措施。入院后通过对患者进行普外科会诊清创伤口，根据伤口创面大小制定多次针对性护理措施方案，同时联合健康指导，提高患者依从性，从而促进伤口愈合，减轻患者疼痛，提高生活质量。整个治疗过程中，通过清创坏死组织、多频次消毒、换药、翻身、加强营养支持等措施，促进伤口愈合。

Abstract

This article summarized the treatment and nursing measures for an elderly patient with constipation and stage IV pressure injuries. Debridement was performed after general surgery consultation， and targeted nursing measures were developed according to results of wound assessment. Health guidance was carried out to improve patient compliance， so as to promote wound healing， reduce patient pain， and improve the quality of life. A comprehensive nursing plan including wound debridement， multiple frequency disinfection， wound dressing， nutrition supports was considered to be highly corrected with wound healing.
